4th NATO CYBER DEFENCE SMART DEFENCE PROJECTS’ (CD SDP) CONFERENCE

Decorreu na Academia Miliar (AM), Campus da Amadora, no dia 19 de abril a 4ª Conferência do Cluster de Projetos Smart Defence da NATO.

Com o objetivo de oferecer um fórum alargado de discussão livre e aberta, proporcionando à indústria e ao meio académico uma oportunidade única para apresentar e discutir novas ideias, soluções e capacidades técnicas, conforme programa que pode ser consultado aqui.

Subordinada ao tema “NATO–EU COOPERATIVE CYBER DEFENCE CAPABILITY BUILDING: HOW SMART DEFENCE AND POOLING AND SHARING CAN FOSTER COOPERATION, TRANSFORMATION AND INNOVATION”, esta conferência decorreu em duas mesas redondas e quatro sessões, nos auditórios da AM - Campus da Amadora, onde foram abordados os Projetos Smart Defence da NATO e Pooling & Sharing da UE na área da Ciberdefesa, onde Portugal foi convidado a assumir um papel de liderança, na área do Ensino, Formação e Treino em Ciberdefesa (resumo do evento pode ser consultado aqui).

A 4ª Conferência dos Projetos Smart Defence da NATO foi organizada pelo Ministério da Defesa Nacional com o apoio da Academia Militar, do NATO Allied Command Transformation (ACT), NATO Industry Cyber Partnership (NICP), Centro de Investigação, Desenvolvimento e Inovação da Academia Militar (CINAMIL), idD – Plataforma das Indústrias de Defesa Nacionais, Competitive Intelligence & Information Warfare Association (CIIWA), EuroDefense Portugal e AFCEA Portugal.

Com a presença de S. Exª o Ministro da Defesa, José Azeredo Lopes, na sessão de abertura realizada no auditório Marquês Sá da Bandeira, contou com a presença de mais de 450 participantes.
